The philosophy of Berti Knives, which produces exceptional knives for various purposes, is different. Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this small manufactory seems to be completely independent of the trends that have prevailed worldwide over the years. Its most important value is fidelity to tradition, which is now cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.
The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the knives produced. Therefore, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.
