The owners firmly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the knives produced. Therefore, their manufacturing philosophy emphasizes the importance of their skilled personnel. This does not mean, however, that this Italian family is closed to new ideas. Innovations are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand many years of quality testing.
Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers, but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
