Founded in 1895 by David Berti, the family workshop appears to be completely independent of global trends that have emerged over the years. The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the knives they craft. Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are performed from start to finish by the same individual. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
