The owners firmly reject the idea of mass production using unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products offered. For this reason, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are very much desired, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles are made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that their creations, although intended for everyday use, should be treated with due respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each of them is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
