The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they align with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans but are often performed from start to finish by the same individual. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that although their products are intended for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
