For this reason, their work philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any novelties. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each of them is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
