The owners strongly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered knives. For this reason, their workshop’s work philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, despite being intended for everyday use, are treated with the appropriate respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
