The finish, guaranteeing the highest quality through double ice-hardening, ensures that the FRIODUR blade has exceptional hardness, excellent flexibility, and outstanding anti-corrosion properties. The blade's sharpness, comparable to a straight razor and measuring 24 cm, is achieved through a traditional hand-sharpening process on the finest natural whetstones, known as Honbazuke sharpening.
