Description

The MIYABI 4000FC knife series brings traditional Japanese craftsmanship to your kitchen, where each knife is characterized by beauty and sharpness. This includes the featured SUJIHIKI knife with a narrow, double-beveled 24 cm blade. Its shape and flexibility make it especially suitable for slicing and cutting a wide variety of fish and meats. The FRIODUR blade is made from double ice-hardened FC61 steel, known for its high hardness and durability. Another distinctive feature is its exceptional Katana-Edge, inspired by the renowned Japanese katanas, prized for their sharpness and outstanding cutting properties. The unique appearance of the blade symbolizes absolute mastery of craftsmanship. The MIYABI 4000FC knives are equipped with octagonal handles and rivets, which, beyond their aesthetic appeal, provide comfort and safety, noticeable from the very first cut. They fit perfectly in the hand and allow for long hours of work in the kitchen without any fatigue. The wooden handle, crafted from impregnated, optimally balanced Pakka wood, is adorned with an elegant mosaic logo of the series. All MIYABI knives are produced by ZWILLING at their own factory located in Seki, Japan. This is a place where the renowned German engineering of Solingen meets incredible Japanese craftsmanship. **FEATURES** - FRIODUR blade made from double ice-hardened FC61 steel - Blade edge inspired by Japanese katanas, offering high sharpness and excellent cutting properties - Octagonal handle made of Pakka wood and rivet for safety and comfort - Engraved MIYABI logo Manufacturer information
