The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would erode the identity of their knives. Therefore, their manufacturing philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family business is closed to change. Changes are welcome, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not carried out by specialized groups of artisans, but are performed from start to finish by the same individual. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The owners recommend that, although their knives are designed for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which ensures their durability for many years. Each knife is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
