The founders of the brand strongly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. Changes are very welcome, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
