For this reason, their company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. They are very welcome, provided that they bring elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand many years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horns, bison horns, deer antlers, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each of them is a small, unique work of art.
