The founders of the brand strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products made. Therefore, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed personnel. This does not mean, however, that this Italian family is closed to any changes. Changes are very welcome, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.
