Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this small workshop seems to be entirely detached from the trends that have dominated the world over the years. Its core value is fidelity to tradition, which is now cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.

The owners firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of the offered products. For this reason, their work philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that the Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they align with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized sections of workers, but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as bison, buffalo, deer horns, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The owners recommend that, although their products are intended for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
