The owners firmly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered knives. For this reason, the company's work philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. Changes are very welcome, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are performed from start to finish by the same individual. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique. The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are made, among others, from buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their products should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
