Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this small workshop seems entirely detached from the trends that have prevailed worldwide throughout its years of operation. Its most important value is the commitment to tradition, which is currently upheld by the fourth generation of these experienced craftsmen.

The owners firmly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would cause the identity of the manufactured products to vanish. For this reason, the company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. They are very much welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of employees but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles are made from buffalo, bison, or deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their creations, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the appropriate respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each of them is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
