The owners firmly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that the Italian family is closed to any changes. They are very welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles are among others made from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, although intended for daily use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
