Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this small manufactory seems completely detached from the trends that have dominated the world throughout its history. Its most important value is attachment to tradition, which is now cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.

The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products they create. For this reason, their company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. They are very welcome, provided that they bring elements consistent with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles are made from materials such as buffalo horns, bison, deer, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
