For this reason, their company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles are among others made from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their knives, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each of them is a small, unique artifact.
