The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of their products. Therefore, their company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of the employed personnel. This does not mean, however, that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that although their knives are intended for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
