The product is available with a handle in three versions: white acrylic glass, red acrylic glass, cornotech - imitation buffalo horn. Thanks to the plastic handles, there are no contraindications for washing these types of knives in dishwashers.

Founded in 1895 by David Berti, the family workshop seems to be entirely detached from the trends that have taken place worldwide over the years. Its core idea is loyalty to tradition, which is now cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.

The founders of the brand strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of the products. Therefore, their company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any novelties. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing idea and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of craftsmen, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The best quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are among others made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
