Established in 1895 by David Berti, this family-run workshop seems entirely independent of the trends that have occurred worldwide during its years of operation. Its key value is fidelity to tradition, which is currently upheld by the fourth generation of these experienced craftsmen.

The founders of the brand firmly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the manufactured products. Therefore, the work philosophy of their workshop places exceptional emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are very much welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles are made from materials such as buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their creations, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect they deserve, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
