The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor forces, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered knives. For this reason, their work philosophy places great emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any novelties. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife manufacturing are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials – blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials including buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the appropriate respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each piece is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
