The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. For this reason, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this Italian family is not closed to any changes. They are very welcome, provided that they do not conflict with the existing idea and can meet long-standing quality standards.
Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials – blades are made of steel, while handles are made of horn bison, buffalo, deer, or 'bosso' wood.
