The founders of the brand strongly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would cause the identity of the offered knives to disappear. Therefore, the philosophy of their workshop places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are very much desired, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, while the handles are made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that their creations, although intended for everyday use, should be treated with the respect that guarantees their longevity. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
