The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of their knives. Therefore, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing concept and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife manufacturing are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, while handles are made, among others, from bison, buffalo, or deer horn, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners recommend that, despite being designed for everyday use, their products be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
