The owners strongly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products made. For this reason, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to new ideas. They are very welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized sections of artisans, but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.
