The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products. For this reason, their company's work philosophy places great emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very much welcomed, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand years of quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are, among others, crafted from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their knives, although designed for everyday use, should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. After all, each one is a small, unique work of art.
