The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of the products. For this reason, their work philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very much welcomed, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not carried out by specialized groups of artisans but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
