Founded in 1895 by David Berti, this family-run workshop seems entirely independent of the trends that have prevailed worldwide throughout its years of operation. Its most important value is fidelity to tradition, which is currently upheld by the fourth generation of these experienced craftsmen.

The founders of the brand firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would cause the identity of the offered products to vanish. For this reason, the philosophy of their workshop places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are most welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, while the handles are made from buffalo, bison, and deer horns, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their knives, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect that guarantees their long-lasting durability. After all, each one is a small, unique artifact.
