The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor forces, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. For this reason, their work philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that the Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that, although their knives are designed for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. After all, each one is a small, unique artifact.
