The founders of the brand strongly oppose mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of the products. Therefore, their company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of the employed personnel. This does not mean, however, that this Italian family is closed to change. Changes are welcome, provided they align with the existing vision and meet long-term quality standards.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each piece is a small, one-of-a-kind artifact.
