The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor forces, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of their knives. For this reason, their company's work philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this Italian family is not closed to change. Changes are welcome as long as they do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.
Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not carried out by specialized groups of workers, but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made from steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.
