Established in 1895 by David Berti, this family-run workshop seems completely autonomous from the trends that have prevailed worldwide over the years. Its guiding principle is fidelity to tradition, which is currently upheld by the fourth generation of these experienced craftsmen.

The owners strongly reject the idea of mass production using random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products manufactured. For this reason, the company's philosophy places exceptional emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed off to any innovations. They are very much welcome, provided they align with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of craftsmen but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, while the handles are made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their creations, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect they deserve, which ensures their long-lasting durability. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
