The owners strongly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the knives produced. For this reason, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that the Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the best quality materials — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
