The brand's founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. For this reason, the company's philosophy places exceptional emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are most welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often completed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is entirely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, while the handles are made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, and 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their knives, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect that guarantees their long-lasting durability. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
