Designed for all smooth and serrated household, recreational, and industrial knives; not suitable for Japanese knives. The slow-rotating abrasive elements prevent overheating of the blade. The Graef CC 120 sharpener features a three-stage sharpening process:
1st stage: preliminary sharpening with diamond discs
2nd stage: sharpening with diamond wheels
3rd stage: grinding / honing with ceramic discs
