Electric knife sharpener Graef CX125 with a power of 75 W. Designed for all smooth domestic, recreational, and industrial knives, ideal for Asian knives.
The polishing phase is also suitable for serrated knives. The slowly rotating abrasive elements prevent the blade from overheating.
High-quality craftsmanship, which is standard for the Graef brand, guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the device.
The blade sharpening angle of 15° is perfect for Asian knives; even conventional European knives with a 20° sharpening angle can be sharpened to 15° in phase 1 – for even greater sharpness and durability, a 20° angle is used.
The sharpener features 3 sharpening phases:
preliminary sharpening with diamond discs,
sharpening phase with diamond discs,
polishing phase with ceramic discs.
