Designed for all smooth and serrated household, recreational, and industrial knives, it is also suitable for Japanese knives. The slow-rotating abrasive elements prevent the blade from overheating. In the Graef CC 150 sharpener, a two-phase grinding process is used with diamond discs and polishing with ceramic discs, with optional angles of 15° or 20°.
