The polishing phase is also suitable for serrated knives. The slow-rotating abrasive elements prevent the blade from overheating.
High-quality craftsmanship, which is standard for the Graef brand, guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the device.
The blade sharpening angle of 15° is perfect for Asian knives; even conventional European knives with a 20° sharpening angle can be sharpened to 15° in phase 1 – for even greater sharpness and durability, a 20° angle is recommended.
The sharpener features 2 sharpening phases: the grinding phase with diamond discs and the polishing phase with ceramic discs.
