The owners firmly reject the idea of mass production using unskilled labor, which they believe would cause the identity of their products to vanish. For this reason, their company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very much welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of craftsmen but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles from materials such as buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with the respect they deserve, which guarantees their longevity. Each of them is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
