For this reason, their company's philosophy emphasizes the importance of the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided that they do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not carried out by specialized groups of artisans, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage treating their products with proper respect, despite their everyday use, which guarantees their longevity. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
