Manufacturing of exclusive cast metal handles is part of the services offered by Marioni to clients and professionals. The collection includes several models, crafted with obsessive attention to finish quality and details. Traditional production processes take place in Florence, in collaboration with master artisans who have been passing down the art of casting through generations for decades. Upon request, even for small series, custom-made components can be produced.
MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved and since the 1980s has taken on its current corporate form. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its interior accessories lines, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo’s premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and international expansion.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, which showcases an extraordinary combination of ceramics/fabrics and heralds success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products inspired by the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has prepared the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR environments.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s eldest daughter, joined the company as head of communication and quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the company brings fifty years of experience into the present, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
