MARIONI is a family story
Founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition, the brand is now in its third generation. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the product lines for interior furnishings gradually expanded, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with creative details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and expansion into international markets.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, which presents an extraordinary combination of ceramic/tissue and signals success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products that evoke the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution worldwide and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that led the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR reality.
In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s firstborn, joined the company as head of communication and quality to witness the ongoing generational evolution. In this way, the company reaches the present with a wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
