MARIONI is a family story
Founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition, the brand is now in its third generation. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the product lines for interior furnishings have gradually expanded, with particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are characterized by creative details and handcrafted craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and international expansion.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic/fabric, which announced success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of elegant products inspired by the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution worldwide and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that prepared the company to face new digital challenges, culminating in the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR reality.
In 2018, Vittoria, the eldest daughter, joined the company as Head of Communications and Quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the company brings fifty years of experience into the present, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
