Manufacturing exclusive cast metal handles is part of the services that Marioni offers to clients and professionals. The collection includes several models, crafted with obsessive attention to quality finish and details. Traditional production processes take place in Florence, in collaboration with master artisans who have been passing down the art of casting through generations for decades. Upon request, even for small series, custom designs can be created.
MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved and since the 1980s has taken on its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its interior accessories lines, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo’s premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and expansion into international markets.
This was the time of the launch of the Cultura d’Arredo collection, which showcases an extraordinary combination of ceramic/fabric and signals success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of exclusive products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has prepared the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR reality.
In 2018, Vittoria, the firstborn, joined the company as head of communication and quality, to attest to further generational evolution. In this way, the company reaches the present with a wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concepts are shared with the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
