History – we tell it ourselves!

When we were children, we were placed in front of a lathe. Day after day, year after year, this lathe achieved success in the workshop.

Today, we are known worldwide. But we haven't changed the way we work. We can't, that's just who we are. We love well-made things. Do you know what well-made means? It’s something you’ve thought about, designed, forged, and built right here, before your eyes.

There are those who change their path with every gust of wind. That’s not us. Every day, we wake up and look at its beauty. It’s a mirror of the sky. We have ancient roots. Behind us, above us, on a granite outcrop, is the Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso. From here, you can enjoy a view of the entire lake, then Mottarone, the Alps, and in front of us, Sacro Monte di San Giulio with 20 chapels decorated with Morazzone frescoes. Right opposite, in the middle of the lake, is the Island with a Basilica built in the 4th century, rebuilt in 1000. It is important to surround ourselves with beauty and create beauty, while also protecting nature. We have always done this.

That’s why we meet many international certifications, including the most stringent in the world: certification for the USA and California, which require completely non-toxic products. Brass, which we love and use, contains no lead. Our taps do not release nickel or zinc into the water you drink. Nicolazzi S.p.A. has been operating for over 50 years in the sanitary fittings industry, where it independently and innovatively tests and designs its products in accordance with international standards.

Adopting the Quality Management System was a decision by the Nicolazzi S.p.A. management board, becoming a fundamental strategic element in the company's development.
