External bidet faucet with ceramic head - Officina Nicolazzi

Fascinating design combined with the highest quality raw materials gives the name Nicolazzi S.p.A. a synonym for excellence.

History – we define ourselves!

As children, we were placed in front of a lathe. Day after day, year after year, this lathe became successful in the workshop.

Today, we are known worldwide. But we haven't changed the way we work. We can't, that's just who we are. We love well-made things. Do you know what it means to be well-made? It’s something you’ve thought about, designed, forged, and built right here, before your eyes.

These are objects that do not follow fleeting trends, that do not change a hundred times, that last a hundred years. There are also those who buy art worldwide, install it, and sell it as Made in Italy. There are those who pay designers to be fashionable. There are those who change their path with every gust of wind. We are not among them. Every day, we wake up and look at its beauty. It is a mirror of the sky. We have ancient roots. We have hills and villages that inspire artists. For centuries.

Behind us, above us, on a granite outcrop, is the Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso. From here, you can enjoy a view of the entire lake, then Mottarone, the Alps, and in front of us, Sacro Monte di San Giulio with 20 chapels decorated with Morazzone frescoes. Straight ahead, in the middle of the lake, is the Island with a Basilica built in the 4th century, rebuilt in the year 1000. It is important to surround ourselves with beauty and create beauty, while also protecting nature. We have always done this.

That’s why we meet many international certifications, including the most stringent in the world: certifications for the USA and California, which require completely non-toxic products. The brass we love and use does not contain lead. Our faucets do not release nickel or zinc into the water you drink. Nicolazzi S.p.A. has been operating for over 50 years in the sanitary fittings industry, independently researching and designing its products in accordance with international standards.

Adopting a Quality Management System is a strategic decision by the Nicolazzi S.p.A. management. It has become a fundamental element in the company's development.

In fact, the management believes it is essential to demonstrate to external bodies (Customers, Suppliers, Certification Bodies, Regulatory Authorities) their ability to consistently deliver products that fully meet:

- Customer requirements

- Nicolazzi S.p.A. specifications

- Sector-specific and/or mandatory standards

The Nicolazzi S.p.A. management also considers that increasing customer satisfaction through timely and effective implementation of the Quality Management System, along with continuous improvement through monitoring and measuring identified processes, is of fundamental importance.

Therefore, Nicolazzi is an excellent choice for all conscious customers who wish to enjoy products designed for bathrooms and prestigious washrooms for a long time.
