Description
An exciting part of the robust, square box series of 1000-piece puzzles from Flame Tree, featuring powerful and popular works of art. This new puzzle will satisfy your craving for a challenge, featuring artist Nel Whatmore’s “A Million Shades”. This 1000-piece jigsaw is suitable for adults and children over 13 years old. Not recommended for children under 3 due to small parts. It now includes an A4 poster for informational purposes.
Nel Whatmore is an artist well known for her floral and abstract paintings. Like many of her works, Million Shades was created over several months until Nel was satisfied with the final piece. A contemporary colorist, her paintings are both expressive and evocative. She continually explores media and their ability to convey emotion. Her diverse oeuvre includes landscapes and sky scenes, alongside still lifes and floral works, embodying her interest in expressionist painting. Her love of flowers is expressed not only through her art but also through textile designs, and she regularly exhibits her work at the Chelsea Flower Show.
