The founders strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered products. For this reason, their work philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are made from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their products, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is, after all, a small, unique artifact.
