Their main guiding principle is fidelity to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of these Italian artisans.
The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products they create. Therefore, their company's philosophy places great emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to new ideas. They are very welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with their existing vision and can meet long-standing quality standards.
Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
