Perfectly shaped in the classic and unique Pelikan style: the interplay of light blue shades and swirling pearl effects makes each precise Classic 205 writing instrument special. This intense hue combines the familiar swirl of the marbled pen family with a refreshingly bright blue.
The origins of Pelikan date back to chemist Carl Hornemann, who on April 28, 1838, presented his clients with an offer for oil paints, watercolors, and the so-called Pelikan archive – the foundation of the company's production line, from which the well-known global brand developed. The German manufacturer specializes in producing luxury writing accessories.
Decades of experience, specially trained staff, and the utmost care at every stage of the manufacturing process ensure that each product is solidly made and unique. Depending on the model, the nibs are made from 14 or 18-karat gold. They are also sometimes rhodium-plated to achieve a silver shine. The decoration on the nib is typical for each model.
German Pelikan brand writing instruments with characteristic resin bodies and a clip shaped like a pelican's beak have become symbols of the finest taste and sophistication over the years.
