There are two main royal colors in the world. One of them is dark blue, and combining this warm blue with deep black, complemented by a gold decor, creates a truly regal character. The Souverän 800 model has a well-balanced weight and length. It is a particularly comfortable size for larger hands. Depending on personal preferences, you can choose a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, or rollerball pen.
The origins of Pelikan date back to chemist Carl Hornemann, who on April 28, 1838, presented his clients with an offer for oil paints, watercolors, and the so-called Pelikan archive – the foundation of the company's production line, from which the well-known global brand developed. The German manufacturer specializes in producing luxury writing instruments.
Decades of experience, specially trained staff, and the highest attention to detail at every stage of the production process ensure that each product is solidly made and unique. Depending on the model, the nibs are made from 14 or 18-karat gold. They are also sometimes rhodium-plated to achieve a silver shine. The decoration on the nib is typical for each model.
German Pelikan writing instruments, with their characteristic resin bodies and beak-shaped clips, have become symbols of the best taste and sophistication over the years.
