The owners firmly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of their products. For this reason, their work philosophy places great emphasis on the employed staff. However, this Italian family is not closed to any changes. They are most welcome, provided they bring elements consistent with the existing idea and can withstand many years of quality tests.
Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.
