Founded in 1895 by David Berti, the family workshop seems completely detached from the trends that have emerged over the years worldwide. The owners firmly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of their products. Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans but are carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.
