The founders firmly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of the identity of their knives. Therefore, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to change. Changes are welcome, provided they introduce elements consistent with their traditional approach and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are among others crafted from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that their knives, although intended for everyday use, be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
