Vegetable-tanned leather products.

Vegetable-tanned leather absorbs traces, gives the leather a new refined appearance, and experiences new shades and colors. Similar to patina, which develops on the surface – indicating very high-quality material.
The brand sources the most delicate and high-quality raw materials from Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Switzerland. This is the essence of the entire product-making process. Just like in an orchestra, threads play an important role here. They add elegance, allure, and true elitism to Arte & Cuoio products.
The process called 'slow tanning' is performed with animal fat (tallow) and tannins extracted from bark, chestnut, and mimosa wood.
The leather is then greased in wooden barrels with animal fats, air-dried, refined with natural dyes, and polished with amber stones.
