Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The elements are then assembled using inset and dowel joints, epoxy glues, and steel screws, and subsequently covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern. At this stage, only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored hues.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Stuffed

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition for its new owner!

After-sales service

Even after years of happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
