Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product that has no equal compared to indoor furniture. Solid Wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Jigs, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then assembled using recessed and dowel joints, as well as epoxy adhesives and steel screws, and finally covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with only artisan experience guaranteeing the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic Material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.
