Innovative technical solutions in coffee grinding
Stainless steel burrs.
The CM 820 grinder features conical burrs made of high-quality stainless steel with 40-degree grind size adjustment. Thanks to the energy-efficient, slow-speed motor of 128 W, the coffee is never burnt or overheated during grinding.
Wide range of operating modes
The grinder has a switch with continuous operation and automatic mode options. In automatic grinding mode, the grinder activates when the user inserts the portafilter into the holder or the included container for ground coffee. At the bottom of the grinding chamber, there is an aluminum rotating disc with 5 blades that assist in ejecting the ground coffee. The application of an anti-static system at the end of the grinder allows for the creation of a relatively compact stream of ground coffee.
Closing the coffee outlet opening allows for storing unground beans inside without the risk of them going stale.
