Innovative technical solutions in coffee grinding

Stainless steel burrs.

The CM 820 grinder features conical stainless steel burrs with a 40-step grind size adjustment. Thanks to the energy-efficient, low-speed 128 W motor used in the CM 820, coffee is never burnt or overheated during grinding.
 
Wide range of operating modes
The grinder has a switch with both continuous and automatic operation options. In the automatic grinding mode, the grinder will start when the user inserts a portafilter or the container provided with the grinder for ground coffee. An aluminum spinning wheel with 5 blades is mounted in the lower part of the CM 820 grinder's grinding chamber to assist in ejecting the ground coffee. The use of an anti-static system at the end of the grinder allows for the creation of a relatively compact stream of ejected ground coffee.

 The closure of the coffee bean hopper outlet allows for the storage of unground coffee beans without the risk of them becoming stale.
