The compact design of the Graef CM 800 is made from aluminum. Its universal and modern look allows the grinder to look great both in a home kitchen and on a barista’s countertop!
Innovative technical solutions in coffee grinding
Stainless steel burrs
The CM 800 grinder features conical stainless steel burrs with 40 levels of grind size adjustment. Thanks to its energy-efficient, slow-speed motor, the coffee is never burnt or overheated during grinding.
Grinder operation modes - continuous and automatic
The grinder offers both continuous and automatic operation options. In automatic mode, the grinder activates when the user inserts the portafilter into the holder or when the included container for ground coffee is placed in the grinder. The lower part of the CM 800 grinding chamber is fitted with an aluminum rotating wheel with 5 blades to assist in ejecting the ground coffee. An anti-static system at the end of the grinder allows for a relatively compact stream of ground coffee to be expelled.
Wide range of operation modes
Thanks to the ON / OFF switch, the user can independently choose between automatic or continuous operation modes of the CM 800 grinder.
